Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- You are not satisfied with the product
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect item
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Inform us within 7 days of delivery with a valid reason.
- Contact us via email at your email id (replace here).
- Share proper details along with photos/videos (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, our team will guide you with the return instructions.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- All accessories, certificates, and invoices must be included.
- Return requests without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
- Amritfal Rudraksha is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Non-Refundable Cases
- International orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Due to the natural and spiritual nature of products like Rudraksha, slight variations in appearance may occur and will not be considered a defect.
